A New Logo & Brand Identity

Since our founding in 1937, there have been several updates representing the evolution of the Credit Union. Over the last several years, we have made significant investments in enhanced technology and innovations to better serve you and your family. With these major milestones in the recent years, it seemed natural to present a new, modern look that goes hand-in-hand with the next chapter of the Financial Partners story. To put it simply, we wanted the logo and the brand to better reflect who we are — a forward leaning organization with a passion for providing our hardworking members with a better way to bank!  

Our look may have changed, but the things you care about haven’t.

Soon, you will begin seeing the new look on all things Financial Partners. Undertaking such an effort will take some time, therefore, the updated brand will be rolled out in the following stages.  

Summer 2019

• New designs on plastic cards will begin to appear (Please note: there will not be a mass reissue of plastic cards. New designs will appear on renewal and replacement cards only.)

July 2019

• Upgraded online banking and mobile banking platforms launch

To put it simply, we wanted the logo and the brand to better reflect who we are — a forward leaning organization with a passion for providing our hardworking members with a better way to bank!



The new Financial Partners Credit Union logo features the familiar “happy member” icon with its arms raised in triumph, while its configuration relays our three internal pillars of Clarity, Capability, and Motivation. When those three things come together, excellence occurs. We combine these foundations of excellence to assist our members in achieving their financial goals and ultimately their financial well-being. We are here to help our members achieve their financial peak.



No. Financial Partners did not merge with another credit union. We simply wanted the logo and the brand to better reflect who we are- a forward leaning organization with a passion for helping our members reach the mountaintop of their financial future!



No. Your account/member number will remain the same.



Yes. Your current Financial Partners cards will continue to work as they do today. Please note: We will not mass reissue cards. The new design will appear on renewal and replacement cards beginning this summer, which will reflect the new logo and brand identity.



No. There is no need to re-enroll in Online Banking nor download a new Mobile App. Your username and password will remain the same. What you will notice is an updated look and feel of the website and online banking, reflecting the new logo and brand identity.



No. Our ABA/Routing & Transit Number (322275157) will remain the same.



No. Our routing number and your account numbers used to make electronic deposits are staying the same.



Yes. Continue to use your current checks. You will soon be able to order checks, reflecting the new logo and brand identity.



No. The only change will be the new logo and colors. Your existing loans and payment history stay the same.



Statements will reflect the new logo and colors; the format will be the same as it is today.



No. All contact information (phone numbers, branch addresses, payment addresses, etc.) will stay the same.[Link]



The website address will remain the same – www.FPCU.org. On February 28, the website will reflect the new logo and brand identity.



Financial Partners branches and ATMs will start reflecting the logo and brand identity over the next two years. Of course, over 5,600+ Shared Branch locations and 30,000+ CO-OP ATMs will remain available for your use. For a current list of locations, please click here



You will continue to receive the same high level of service from our member-centric staff, in the Branches, over the phone, and online. The entire team is excited about this new chapter in your Credit Union’s history and we all remain committed to providing you with great rates, lower fees, and better banking!
